Proper list of individual parts to print for follower arm

I have a question : can you provide a proper list of which stl files to print for the follower arm SO-Arm 101 in this folder : https://github.com/TheRobotStudio/SO-ARM100/tree/main/STL/SO101/Individual

I want to use a 3D printing provider but this section looks out-dated: https://github.com/TheRobotStudio/SO-ARM100/blob/main/3DPRINT.md
