Simple cheats

I think its very nice idea to add simple cheats for human player ( in mission settings dialog)

For example sometimes i wanna play vs a lot of ai - it will be nice to have open map...money..etc

• infinite money
• indestructible tanks... base structures...etc
• can see all map - no fog of war
• etc...

Maybe something like League of Legends practice tool which you can access in-game would be cool that you can enable from lobby:

This can be potentially more useful for testing specific scenarios and such.
