Investigate and implement solution for mission text line breaks

Military briefing texts do not auto line break. All loca strings need to add line breaks manually. This is error prone. It would be great to expose a new language setting to Language.ini that allows to auto line break mission briefing strings when the text hits the right end of the viewport.
