[GEN] Create CRC for original generals exe and inject it in the code

In Generals, the CRC of the executable is used to determine if a player can join a match. This means that the community exe will never be able to join a 1.09 generals game. This function is disabled in ZH

Task:

• Create the CRC of the original 1.09 Generals
• Inject this CRC in the Community version instead of directly calculating it from the exe
