Various TLAD Script Fix

• Restored Jim, Terry, Clay own voice in TLAD hi_lo_cards minigame.
• Fixed TLAD intro scripted cutscene's cut off distant world in some shots due to it uses low far clip value
• Workaround for Burned AOD won't trigger ragdoll at high frame rates in Billy mission "Action/Reaction", done by @RecklessGlue540
