virtually everyone who plays on KBM hates the stunt jump camera slow motion because both of the ways you can control it - with the left arrow key or by moving your mouse back and forth - are annoying and unintuitive. so I changed it to work the same way it does in GTA5, where it's controlled with the mouse scroll wheel.
I disabled it by default for now because it still needs the popup box for when you first try a stunt jump (USJ_FRST) to be patched to mention the scroll wheel instead of the mouse.
