Script and Cutscene Model Fix

• Fixes PC IV perseus two suits' actual bought clothes texture doesn't match their prop models (I also made another version perseus script for Console Visuals to fix the similar issue(just the clothes which have this issue are different), will come soon too
• Added a workaround for TLAD Heli Tours, can avoid Johnny voice text clear bug affecting pilot's voice lines trigger time (The former has not been fixed yet, due to some unknown difference of main text and additional text working method)
• Fixed TLAD's Lost Club pos machine and TBoGT Tony Apartment's several chandelier's Z-Shift issue (They only look proper on Xbox360 before), and changed Luis' cutscene mobile phone screen to match console version. (I planned to add the several model fixes into Various Fixes in the beginning, but later I think their issues are too obvious in cutscene, so I decided to fix them here directly, just like cutscene golduzi and Tony apartment windows models)

Fixed IV pigeon collection's annihilator reward prevents Brucie landing his helicopter normally at Star Junction's landing site, from Brucie's special ability

Fixed cslectern.wdr Z-Shift issue, make its light model won't penetrate the lampshade

Another small improvement, now when Niko changes his clothes to perseus' several suits in perseus shop or wardrobe, it won't force game to change Niko's hand texture to vanilla, so if you use Niko's gloves, it won't be affected when changing clothes to perseus' suits. This is useful for FF's Niko gloves cheat.
