Currently this is devserver specific middleware as specified in vue.config.js. If this is the route we take it should become production suitable middleware
Set the build path so that the clean flag isn't required. This means that it won't interfere with flask or require manual cleaning
Add a check to ensure the app is up before switching over traffic when deploying.
The invalid files do not have some properties as they haven't been processed so check for these to avoid error.
Also remove previous builds that hadn't been deleted.
