  • AI Tooling for Internal Teams — Designed and built an MCP Server that reduced Sales' form-building time by ~65% (10 min → 3–4 min per form).
  • Frontend Architecture Decoupling — Led the split of a Next.js monolith into two dedicated apps: a marketing site (Next.js, SEO-focused) and a webapp (Vite + TanStack Router, optimized for SPA DX).
