Phonon-Vibration-Viewer (combined with neuroevolution potential - NEP)

Visualizing lattice vibration information from phonon dispersion for primitive atoms.

In this tutorial, I will explain step by step how to visualize lattice vibrations using an orthogonal diamond nanowire (DNW, see below) as an example (Liang 2022).

The tutorial is jupyter notebook, hope one can enjoy it.
