Add Rexy Runner Game #306
Conversation
Rexy Runner is an unofficial knock-off of the Chrome Dino Run game. It has save states to keep a persistent High Score and includes jumping, ducking and incorporates Night and Day color swapping as you progress further.
I added the ability to duck while jumping and jump while ducking. I also updated the day/night color swap to indicate a visual change that represents every 100 point interval.

I've updated the game to include jumping while ducking and ducking while jumping for added functionality to character movement. I've adjusted the day/night cycle to reflect every 100 point interval. I also adjusted the Rexy's run and duck animations to increase in speed as the game's speed increases over time. Still includes persistent storage but now the game over screen includes not only the top high score but also displays the final score the player achieved at the end of that round as a fun comparison to see how close they were to besting the saved high score. |

…cluded. Rexy Runner is a Thumby game inspired by the Chrome Dino Run game. Coded specifically for the Thumby hardware, it has save states to keep a persistent High Score, includes jumping, ducking and incorporates Night and Day color swapping as you progress further. The further you go the faster it gets and the more obstacles you have to avoid. How far will you be able to go?
