I don't think this disclamer is sufficient enough.
How about somehting like this:

### **NOTICE OF POTENTIAL ENCOUNTER WITH NUT-LIKE ENTITIES, CONCEPTUAL OR OTHERWISE, IN RELATION TO THE ‘GULF OF MEXICO’ PROGRAMMING LANGUAGE (HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS “THE PRODUCT”)**

Be it known to all users, developers, maintainers, implementers, hypothetical compiler writers, interpreters, runtime agents (human or synthetic), test suite authors, casual readers of the documentation, and/or entities achieving sentience while parsing the syntax of the Gulf of Mexico programming language (hereinafter referred to collectively as “Interactors”), that the creators, licensors, contributors, maintainers, and/or any other vaguely involved parties (hereinafter referred to as “We”) hereby issue the following formalized declaration regarding the potential presence of **nuts, nut-like elements, or products containing nuts, nut-derivatives, or nut-conceptualizations** within, alongside, or spiritually adjacent to the Gulf of Mexico Programming Language ecosystem.

While every reasonable and unreasonable effort has been made to ensure that the core syntax, standard library, compiler artifacts, and informal beach-themed mascot content do not *intentionally* include physical, digital, metaphorical, or memetic nuts, We cannot, do not, and shall not guarantee that the Gulf of Mexico Programming Language is wholly free from interaction with:

1. Objects, structures, or declarations that **may be construed, directly or indirectly, as “nuts,”**
2. Functions or macros that **emit, reference, or otherwise resemble nutty behavior**, whether logically, procedurally, or linguistically,
3. Modules imported from third-party packages (referred to hereafter as "unverified external vessels") which may **contain or be cross-contaminated by nuts or nut-bearing algorithms,**
4. Concurrency models which **exhibit behavior not unlike that of unshelled nuts rolling freely across a tiled floor,**
5. Variable names such as `nutHandler`, `nutFlag`, or `isNut()` which **may introduce conceptual allergens into the codebase,**
6. Documentation, inline comments, or ASCII diagrams which **use nut-adjacent metaphors or analogies**, including (but not limited to) “cracking open a thread lock” or “wrapping it in a shell.”

Furthermore, this language **may interface with, compile against, or hallucinate in the presence of systems, runtimes, or CPUs that have themselves previously interacted with nut-coded software artifacts, nut-dependent logical constructs, or recursive peanut-style function calls.** You are hereby advised that **trace elements of nuts may remain in memory**, the call stack, or within philosophical discussions of `null` safety.

By cloning, compiling, interpreting, forking, starring, or even merely **thinking too hard about the Gulf of Mexico Programming Language**, you irrevocably agree that:

* You have been warned,
* You assume full liability for any allergic, existential, or ontological responses to nuts, nut-products, or nut-scented language design,
* You will not attempt to sue the Gulf of Mexico, its coastal states, or any known or unknown maintainers of this language due to nut-related ambiguity, instability, or snack-based confusion.
