better dropdown image, alias added to each widget

The dropdown image was not drawn correctly for the optionmenu widget. I had to edit the font styles to make it so that the image was drawn correctly when scaled up.

I also added the ability to give each widget an alias, this allows the programmer to reference each widget by a unique name that is human readable.

in which case is the alias used?
I expect that you can retrieve the object simply by providing its alias, but since we generally save each widget inside a variable, the variable itself serves as the alias for the widget.
