Welcome to the Civilisations of Baedoor wiki! It serves mostly as reference for minor aspects of development, since in-depth feature explanation is covered by in-game Patchouli book. Since it is considered essential integration, it is highly recommended to use this mod to gather information on what mod has to offer.

1. Why Patchouli instead of online wiki?

I consider this being more immersive way of showing information, and maintaining several wikis is really frustrating and ineffective. Since I needed to rewrite fully 80-pages long online wiki for my other project, Wastelands of Baedoor, believe me, neither me nor you want me to waste so much time on such thing. Also, Patchouli offers easy, professional style and aesthetic on guide, which would take additional time trying to get same effect with online wikis. Since I'm also personally huge fan of .jsons, it is much more fun for me to write Patchouli wiki than online ones, which tend to break formatting and need additional time for simple fixes.

2. Will you make backport/version X?

For backports - no, I won't make them, since it would require a lot of time I could spend better. You can try do it yourself once you contact me and prove that your portfolio/previous efforts had enough quality. As you might know, I don't discriminate MCreator users, although I'd look really sceptical at 1.12 backports using this software. I know from experience how many bugs pre-1.14 versions had.

For new versions - I will most likely port CoB over to all new versions of Minecraft. The exception could be if update is as small as 1.13/1.17 were, so basically when it is update that will be skipped by many modders, and have small support from community.

For 1.16 - 1.16 is considered as LTS, due to my personal liking of it and modpack that I have on this version. This is why Civilisations will be maintained most probably on 1.16 and actually newest version of Minecraft. All versions that were once maintained, will have partial support after my development moves over to next current version. Therefore no features will be added (except for LTS 1.16), but I will fix crash issues, and if there's some important bugs, I may make fixing updates too.

3. I want to make addon/compatibility feature for the mod. Where to find any documentation on this?

Oh, that's so kind of you! If you want specific compatibility, you can either:
