Thank you for your contribution. The Docker build failed because Alpine Linux 3.20 already has a symlink to php which conflicts with the manual symlink I added.
I've updated the image to Alpine Linux 3.20 in the master branch. The CVE you're fixing here is of severity medium and will automatically be fixed as soon as Alpine has finished repackaging. Therefor I would not add a workaround to this image but just wait for Alpine Linux.
