Survivalists 1.10.1
+ Added PPE Effect Visuals to ascending out of the mines. Locks the players movement to ensure the world loads in around them. (This fixes an exploit where players could quickly teleport to ignore wall collisions.)

- Removed the action to read notes on a journal as that was causing cashes.

++ Use a shovel to dig an entrance on a fertile spot (grass and not frozen). This entrance is a "portal" into the tunnel system. It may take some time to find the "right" spot for an entrance but keep trying
++ Entrances MUST BE 100m from each other. You cannot create an entrance from "within" the tunnels.
++ Use a pickaxe to mine the walls of the tunnels. Be careful to not dig down immediately otherwise you will risk death.
++ Use woodenlogs to reinforce the tunnels and provide a support for vauling up and down the shafts.
++ Ore is dispersed throught the world and veins CAN overlap.
++ You can mine roughly 500m down and depth does effect ore spawns.

++ Find herbs in the world, crush them into their bowls.

[Changed how agents persist in containers that can be emptied. Previously a canteen infected with cholera could have the cholera removed by fully emptying the water in the canteen. After this update, you will need to purify the container to remove the cholera agents to fully remove the agents.]

CORROSION
[Changed how corrosion spreads. Before, corrosion would always spread to every item any time an item move in or out of cargo. After this update, the chance an item is corroded or corrodes a container is directly related to the number of already corroded item in the container. For example, if my field jacket has no corroded items and I move corroded nails into the cargo, there is a base 35% chance the field jacket is corroded. If my field jacket is corroded and the nails are not, there is a 15% chance the nails become corroded. If I have 3 corroded items and 2 non corroded items in my field jacket and I move nails that are not corroded, there is a 1-((3-2)/5) percent chance the nails become corroded.]

+ Added Soft Surrender. When hands are up (F5) your cargo can be seen by players nearby but cannot be manipulated. This allows quick contraband checks without needing to be restrained.
+ Added new way to clean corrosion. Getting an item "Wet" will remove any corrosion agents. This includes rain drenching your gear or jumping in a lake to saturage gear. Some items are not as aborbant as others so this does not apply to all items.
+ Added Radio Tower Consoles. These will being the introduction of discord IC radio being manipulated through in game actions. For now they are props for events with their mechanics and eventual implementation being explained through RP. This is effectively the first step in our journey to PDAs
