- Remove duplicate create_stream_accepts_start_time_of_zero and create_stream_schedule_checks_run_in_order left by a bad merge - event_publishers() replaces event_count()/event_publishers_since(): in soroban-sdk 25 env.events().all() exposes only the latest invocation's events, so publish-order tests now assert against that directly - Update lifecycle/ordering tests to assert after each operation

Same fixes as PR TricklePay#194: remove duplicate tests left by a bad merge and rework the event-ordering helpers for the soroban-sdk 25 events API where env.events().all() exposes only the latest invocation's events.
