Summary:
Added event payload regression tests for Created, Withdrawn, and Cancelled.
Tests assert the operation result, typed event payload body, token balances,
and relevant stored stream fields.
Added a helper to compare the latest stream event body against the typed
event wrapper.
Updated README testing coverage wording to mention event payload fields.
