Summary:
Added event topic regression tests for Created, Withdrawn, and Cancelled.
Added a helper to compare the latest stream event’s topic list against the
typed event wrapper.
Tests assert operation results plus relevant balances or stored stream
fields.
Updated README testing coverage wording to mention indexed event topics.
