I have created a reusable AI prompt frameworks designed to reduce admin, improve consistency, and support smarter tech hiring.
Just copy and paste the prompts into Gemini "Gems", or create a GPT for instant results.

🤖 AI Prompt Frameworks for Tech Recruitment (for Gemini) ("Gems")

Over the past 1–2 years, I’ve saved a huge amount of time using AI in tech recruitment.

But I’ve also wasted time constantly rewriting prompts and tweaking outputs that weren’t consistent.

What I needed was something more structured — prompts I could reuse that would consistently deliver the right outputs. 🔁

So I spent time refining them properly.

The result? A set of structured, reusable prompt frameworks designed to support the core parts of my workflow — from messy notes to polished outputs. 🧩

These frameworks help with:

  • 📝 Turning rough intake notes into clear, structured briefs
  • 📩 Improving outreach messaging
  • 🎯 Screening candidates more objectively
  • 🗂 Structuring interview feedback
  • 🧠 Mapping talent markets
  • 📊 Creating more consistent, high-quality shortlists

They’re not perfect (and still evolving). ⚙️

I’ll keep updating them in this repo.

They’ve defo reduced admin time, improved consistency across the team, and freed me up to focus on what actually matters — conversations, relationships, and hiring quality. 🤝

📦 What You’ll Find in This Repo

A breakdown of practical prompt frameworks designed to help you build a more consistent, efficient recruitment workflow.

Each one is structured, reusable, and built for real-world every day recruiting

🚀 Use, Tweak, Improve

Feel free to use them, tweak them, and tailor them to your own style.

These frameworks are designed to be flexible.

Adapt them to your hiring environment, your tone, and your market.

If they save you time or improve quality, they've done their job!

If you improve them further, even better.

🔄 The Workflow of Gems

Below is a visual overview of how these Gems connect into a structured, end-to-end recruitment workflow.

Rather than standalone prompts, they’re designed as a linked system that supports the full hiring lifecycle — from intake to decision.

Workflow of Gems (PDF not as reguarly updates as the Repo')

It follows five clear stages:

🔵 1. Define the Role

Turn messy intake notes into clear briefs, structured job descriptions, aligned hiring criteria, and strong job posts.

🔴 2. Map the Market

Understand talent availability, competitor landscapes, and market dynamics before outreach even begins.

🟡 3. Engage Talent

Generate tailored, high-quality outreach messaging designed to improve response rates and candidate experience.

🟢 4. Assess & Screen

Introduce more objectivity into CV reviews and screening notes using consistent evaluation frameworks.

🔵 5. Make the Decision

Structure interview feedback, reduce bias, and support clearer, evidence-based hiring decisions — right through to onboarding.

💡 The Core Idea

Each Gem supports a specific stage of the process.
Together, they create a repeatable, scalable workflow that:

  • Reduces admin
  • Improves consistency
  • Raises hiring quality
  • Frees up time for conversations and relationship-building

If you can improve them, drop me a follow, add me on LinkedIn, and let's have a conversation?
