We should close out OHDSI/GIS containerize branch as soon as possible.
@jshoughtaling This change brings in the most recent changes from containerize on the OHDSI fork so they can be included in the PR to OHDSI main. Most notable changes include the addition of data_source and variable_source records for the NASA SEDAC dataset and bug fixes for the OHDSI Workshop.
