Cases that are identical to the Scratch result are not written to avoid having a lot of useless files.

for when projects need to be fixed differently depending on what fork it's made for
needed if TurboWarp/scratch-parser#3 happens
testing framework needs to be extended now to run all tests on all platforms. likely a lot of work to do that, unclear if better approach. maybe results for non-scratch platforms that exactly match scratch are not saved -- at least that would prevent number of files in repo from exploding
