While I was enabling trusted publishing, I noticed that @turf/directional-mean was way behind in downloads compared to everything else. This was almost certainly caused by it not being reexported from @turf/turf, so I added it there.
While editing it, I also removed the now incorrect jsts comments. @turf/buffer is the only remaining jsts holdout.
Resolves #2818
