This PR change two thing in
NetworkHandlerIn the current version, some method like
setup()andrecieveUniversalPacket()are only dedicated to be called in predefined mixin in Halplibe, since I can't make them private, I added a prefix withinternaland add an@apiNoteto inform the end user should not called them.addNetworkMessage()is a method that should be private since this make confusion with theregisterNetworkMessagewhich is the public one that the end user should use.This PR fix this two mistakes.
