Changed the order of environment variables to match the README file. Fixes #26
Problem: The config file lists the TWILIO_CONFIGURATION_SID last, but the README file lists it first.
Solution: Move the TWILIO_CONFIGURATION_SID to the top, so it matches the instructions in the README file.
