You need to add an initialiser that parses these fields from the metadata, similar to TypeDef

Hello there,
I have added some more attributes into MethodAttributes.swift to complete the table MethodAttributes table. Please feel free to correct and clean up possible mistakes I made when doing some work by myself.
Anyway, how did I do?
