Weather Dashboard - Version 0.3.0

Initial Release of the Weather Dashboard allowing for visual representation of data from the Raspberry Pi Weather Station or similar project through a MongoDB database.
Displays data through the graphs as well as the most recent data collected for near real-time data visualisation
