Add reflections and its reference in website

Create reflection.qmd with teams reflection about the use of development tools, GitHub infrastructure, and organizational practices you learned in this course and applied in your project, as well as scaling-up the solution.

Also, minor amendment was made to avoid repeating titles on main webpage
