Fixed deployment workflow and publishing to testpypi. Workflow now publishes to testpypi on new release versions. Publishing is skipped for smaller pushes to main.
pyproject.tomlhas been edited to include dynamic version updating. Should prevent version conflict errors when publishing. fallback version of0.0.0was included.Re-ran all tests and manually ran workflow to confirm functionality.
