Overhaul of `deploy.yml` and edits to `pyproject.toml`, `test_visualize_dir`, `visualize_dir`, and README.md `deploy.yml`: - altered to simplify ruff linting - changed to only publish new release versions. Pushes to main skip publishing `pyproject.toml`: - added ruff as dependency - changed project version to be updated dynamically - added bypass for hatch to avoid release version conflicts `visualize_dir` & tests: - Increased test coverage for script `README.md`: - added badges for python versions and testpypi releases
Reviewed merge and seems okay. Merging to dev
made some changes to README and docs JD - I merged dev into fix-one-file to resolve merge conflicts. Ran delinter and pytest.
