This project investigates the relationship between large-scale workforce reductions in the San Francisco technology sector and local mental health indicators. We synthesize employment data (CA EDD WARN notices, Kaggle layoffs dataset) with mental health survey data (NSDUH) to identify patterns across demographics and employment status during 2021–2024.
