Summary

  • Expands the existing "Going further: the next layer" callout in wrap-up-reflect.md (previously only mentioned OpenSSF Scorecard) to also name REUSE for license/copyright compliance
  • Adds REUSE, pre-commit, OSV-Scanner, and Copier to the wrap-up's "Tools" resource list, alongside the existing CITATION.cff Helper/Zenodo/Pixi/Choose a License entries
  • Adds matching Glossary and References entries in learners/reference.md for consistency

Deliberately resources-only, not new episode content — the lesson already draws this boundary itself ("citable and discoverable is the foundation, not the finish line... a separate skill from what we covered here").

Test plan

  • sandpaper::validate_lesson() — clean, no warnings
  • sandpaper::build_lesson() — clean build, CITATION.cff validation passed

…p resources

Expands the existing "Going further: the next layer" callout (previously
just OpenSSF Scorecard) to also name REUSE for license/copyright
compliance, and adds matching entries to the wrap-up Tools list and the
glossary/references in reference.md. These stay resources-only, not new
episode content — the lesson already draws this boundary itself
("citable and discoverable is the foundation, not the finish line").
