What?

Automate ACP-to-Core-Cloud image migration by adding a GitHub workflow that invokes the copy action

Why?

We need to keep in sync with images that are currently being pushed to ACP. These images will later be used by our services when deployed on Core cloud.

How?

Added Re-usable workflow file CCL-8893: Create reusable workflows that can be used to pull and push ECR Images across accounts core-cloud-migration-playbook#3
Action work flow file in hff calls the re-usable workflow from core-cloud-migration-playbook repo.
