Definitions

Each book has a section at the end titled Definitions

Add & edit individual definitions

Now all the definitions used so far are listed in input/data/definitions.csv

When you have new definitions to add OR you want to correct an existing definitions, you have to edit that file.

Define which ones are included in the publication and in which order

Which definitions are printed in each publication is defined in file input/syb_definitions.Rnw. Starting from line ~27 there are all indicator id's listed that are in the definitions.csv. You can enable/disable single indicator by uncommenting/commenting it. You can define the print order by changing the order or the list (vector).
