Add feature - 2D Combat skill - Comoreanu Alessandro

Feature-ul contine 3 elemente de baza (1-foc, 2-apa, 3-vant) si 3 posibile prin combinatii (1+2- abur, 1+3- electric, 2+3 - gheata). Odata incarcat se foloste click stanga pentru a casta abilitatea si ramana incarcat pana un element sau combinatie noua este aleasa.
