Add 'First Year Guide' page

Changes made (New):

1. Changed navbar heading to 'First Year Guide'
2. Change embedded pdf into image link which opens the pdf in new tab

Could we change 'New Here?' to 'First Year Guide' and maybe relocate it on the nav bar to be positioned to the right of Store?

Reasoning for this is eventually when we get stuff like UQCS Course Guide and other stuff created, that section in the nav bar can be later renamed to 'Resources'
