Fiji plugin to morph (or interpolate) 2D curve/line ROIs (lines, polylines, freelines)
of arbitrary width and build kymographs along them.
It works with virtual stacks, multi-color images, timelapses, etc.

Full documentation is available at wiki.
In short, see:

General idea

Here is "one movie illustration" of plugin features on the growing neurites timelapse,
courtesy of @cleterrier lab:

neuron_example.mp4

For a more detailed step-by-step example, here is a timelapse recording of
a growing and bending microtubule with kinesins running along it.

example movie

You can provide a reference ROIs at different time points of the movie,
shown here (6 ROIs for 100 frames).

The plugin will morph (or interpolate) ROI shapes at all intermediate frames:

And create a kymograph along them:

Optionally, it will output a straightened "kymograph stack":

Not happy about it? Something is missing?
You can check plugins/software solutions with similar functionality.

Acknowledgement

Thanks to Christophe @cleterrier and Louis Romette for thorough testing.
