Creates a basic GBDB integration that places data in the
macrostrat_gbdbschemafor analysis and eventual alignment with Macrostrat. This is the root
of an eventual full GBDB integration that will see Macrostrat columns
defined that summarize GBDB data and correct the age model for that database.
This is also a test of how data-building integrations will interact with our new schema-management system (#241). Eventually we may pull this and other integration pipelines into a
macrostrat-integrationsrepo.
