#348 Add edit user form to ARO

Add edit user form to ARO

Closes #348.
Added a form at /profile/settings where the ARO user can edit their information. There is a profile picture upload button and a form that the user can edit (disabled until the edit button is clicked to prevent accidental edits).

New Changes

• profile-form.tsx and profile-form.css files added under ARO components/profile
• ARO's App.tsx modified to have the new page in the routes

Outstanding Changes

This form should be hooked up to user functionality when that gets implemented later on. The necessity of profile pictures can also be decided :)
