Update to account for the new Time Estimate Factor in Cura.
Fixed the code from an older version.
Changed "global_stack" to "self.global_stack" to fix a bug.
Update to the anticipated addition of the "machine_time_estimation_factor". The plan is for this to be backward compatible.
Added code to Cura Time Estimation (just in case). Added "Filament Cost" to the statistics.
