Fixes the SKZ Integration Issue Generator workflow to correctly detect phases by adjusting the regex pattern, resolving the "0 phases found" error.
The workflow was failing to generate issues because its phase detection regex expected
#### Phase X:headers, while theSKZ_INTEGRATION_STRATEGY.mddocument uses### Phase X:. This PR updates the regex to match the correct format, enabling proper issue generation.Learn more about Cursor Agents
