Description of the change
Added logic for displaying the reason for when a resident dropped a class, failed to complete a class, or was withdrawn from a class. The reason will be displayed to user upon hovering over top of the info icon.
NOTE: This is not a final solution and is open for however we want to display the note to the user. I like this solution of allowing a user to hover over the info icon to display the reason. Please let me know your thoughts and any other suggestions of where to display this.
