Ignore direnv dir Adds nixfmt integration Integrates nixfmt for automated code formatting. This commit introduces nixfmt to the development environment to ensure consistent code style and improve readability. It updates the Makefile to include formatting commands and adds nixfmt-tree to the development shell. Also configures the flake to use nixfmt. Updates flake.lock and adds update target Updates the flake.lock file to reflect the latest dependencies. Also adds an `update` target to the Makefile to trigger a flake lock update. Organizes configuration files into subdirectories Moves shell and editor configurations into their respective subdirectories, improving overall project structure and organization.
