Remove files that are no longer needed: - coverage_report.md: stale snapshot from Feb 2026, not auto-generated - job_refactor.md: planning notes superseded by implemented changes - CLAUDE_PLUGINS_README.md: duplicates content in README.md and plugin.json Move docs/claude_code/new_task_tool_flows.md into doc/ to eliminate the redundant docs/ directory (doc/ is the canonical docs location).
