Server-side data assignement, generation, and logging

The latest release of the Air Quality App for CHM 135 generates a randomly assigned 144 hour (7 day) NAPS air quality dataset that students can directly download from their browser. Previous versions of the App only displayed NAPS data, and students analyzed datasets generated offline and distributed via Quercus.

Assigned datasets are logged onto a limited-access google sheets.
