It does not matter which numbers you input into this algo, their repetive constituents will always carry the same modulation and frequency of their appearance being random, however it has a function in the decimals and this decimal is utilized for round.time of the polymeric-falcighol-derivation, but I won't tell you more.
So far you need to run a library a json file, and a dll for this to work. I might fix that later.
