Dialog box was added to SDC config to allow user to specify which ROM bank is loaded by SDC simulator at startup.
If the Startup Bank is empty load SDC-DOS.rom by default, this feature used to be hardcoded for Bank 0
MPI status show spare select slot (SCS) and chip select slot (CTS) instead of config switch slot. SDC status add selected Bank. Quit clearing bank select when SDC command is entered.
