Added error messages to libcommon resources. Added `vcc::utils::load_error_string` to load a string id of type `cartridge_loader_status` Added `unsupported_api` to list of errors with resource strings and check for older apis in `load_cartridge` Added error reporting to use mounting (still missing from startup)
