Integrate DE notebook

Work in progress.

Currently - replaced fold change search with differential expression as we await the differential expression search to work (awaiting tuning manager).
But we can see how it looks in the search page. Also note i'm using Cristina's dev site with old data so we don't have the right collections yet.

Forgive me - i didn't git add all the files for the previous commits! Here it comes...

Just added some code (includes temporary workarounds because of data issues) that will allow us to hide the pca configuration component cell in the notebook. That way it can just take the one rnaseq collection it needs and run the compute automatically for the user.

Still to do:

• make sure the collection passes the collectionPredicate
• the compute notebook cell needs to handle messaging if the compute errs.

This new feature of hiding the compute configuration can only be tested with /eda and mbio data currently. The lee gambien data right now only has wgcna module collections which fail the pca compute.
