Introduced `oidc-endpoint` and `hti-endpoints` to enable OIDC configuration and HTI launch functionality. Implemented supporting services (`keypair.service` and `hti-service`) for JWT creation and keypair generation. Updated dependencies to include `jose`, `uuid`, and others to support these features.
